		<description>I used to get some sort of muscular pain in my neck/shoulder region after spending days of extended periods at the computer.  The only thing that helped was time away from the computer!  Photography helped in that regard, but taking photographs isn&#039;t going to help you much right now!  However, you could get out and about finding new photo locations.

Having a cold&#039;s a bummer especially at this time of year.  Almost everyone I know has or is suffering with something this Christmas.  It&#039;s not good.</description>
