Sunday 25th may saw me up to Peterborough to shoot their home game against the Colchester Gladiators.

The weather remained fine for the match, nice & sunny. It was nice to meet John Singer, the photographer for the Gladiators with whom I’d corresponded via the Internet previously.

Peterborough won 15 -6 in a low scoring game. They’d probably have done a bit better if it wasn’t for the stupid penalties, some of which were just a loss of temper.

Most of these shots were on the 1d Mk IV with the 600mm attached, apart from the last two which were on the 5D MkII.
